Started coming here earlier this year, I dunno why there wouldn't be more reviews for this place, I guess the nature of being able to just show up and get pampered and get on with their day is the kinda thing humans just take for granted. At any rate, I'm not someone with a ton of energy to leave reviews but this wellness spa is fantastic

Ever since a moldy rental home claimed my beloved record collection along with my health, I haven't had a reason to come back to Princeton, up until I found 4 Elements that is and it's remained the only reason I make the drive to the area, and just like all the other handful of hidden gem small businesses I frequent in this state, I have to traverse a town I'm frankly not that fond of to be able to access their services, but once I arrive and I'm inside and destressing then I'm free to forget all that's waiting out there just for awhile, and when I do head back out after an hour or two it truly all bothers me a little less, which is a feeling I'd think most people would have to resort to hypnosis to achieve but I just show up and they help tend to my nervous system and the stress bucket just empties right out

Sylvia and her team are also the most down-to-earth women I've met in this state, really in my entire life now that I think about it, but anyhow they understand the struggles that too many of us are currently in with trying to maintain and regain our health, and they're happy to be able to help, and have always been incredibly compassionate throughout my visits there. It doesn't take much to make me uncomfortable these days but I'm completely at ease whenever I come to this place.

Their rates are also very reasonable for the experience and for the total calm and relief that I for one cannot find elsewhere in NJ, this state on the whole really only ever seems to exacerbate my condition, but now I've got this one spot I can come to and shake all that off, just knowing they're here when I need them is peace of mind on it's own

The various membership options also offer considerable savings, and with reasonable terms if you decide to discontinue it, I'm thankful it's an option as it's already paid for itself

There are other salt rooms a much shorter drive away from where I live but none of them can compare to the serenity and the cleanliness standards and professionalism of this place, and they're just a group of delightful personable and caring people.

Very grateful for this place to help take the edge off my symptoms, their operating hours throughout the week are also very flexible and I haven't had any trouble getting in for a visit when I really need it. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good way to unwind and unplug and get in some serious self care, the benefits to what's offered here are substantial....more
